They run great sales and they are also wonderful about coupons. The store where I shop accepts manufacturer coupons, target coupons (competitor), and also their store coupons. I recently discovered that they also accept expired Publix coupons! It really pays to ask for the store's policy on coupons. Each Publix store is different, so make sure you ask the manager in advance of their policy so you can avoid getting harassed in the check out line.

Today, I scored a great deal on Disney Vitamins for Kids at my local Publix.
They are on sale this week, 2 for $9.00.
Publix store coupon for $6.00 off of 2 (x 1)
Manufacturer coupon for $1.00 off 1 (x 2)
Stacked together it brought the total price to $1.00 for 2 boxes (or $0.50 each)!

P.S. This particular Publix is a special exception, but it really does pay to get to know your store manager(s), since they are the ones who set the (coupon) policies at each store. Also, I never abuse the system, I always make sure to ask in advance if they will accept certain competitors or certain Publix coupons that may be too far gone.Leanehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09991551412602714899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4460538703204296848.post-73361282193705577452010-09-11T00:44:00.007-04:002010-09-11T03:02:31.777-04:00Crocs Deal of the Week: Santa Cruz Clog
This week Crocs is running a special sale on their Santa Cruz Men's Clog. I am really excited because my last pair were literally falling off my face they were so old and worn out. The nose pads were worn out years ago, and recently the arms had come off and were held on with tape. The glasses were black and I used black electrical tape {not the most 'chic' fashion statement, eh?}.
When I went for my new eye exam and my fitting, I realized that it has been about 4 years since my last exam and new pair of glasses. *Gasp*
I believe that you are supposed to have an exam done every year. When I was in the hospital from delivering my first son {3 years ago} the doctor's office called to let me know it was time to schedule an appointment for my next exam. I kindly let her know that I was in the hospital and told her I would call to reschedule. Of course, a child has a way of taking over your life and what should have been a couple of months delay turned into years later.
Anyone else had this affect from having children in their life?!?

So, how about you......do you wear glasses?
How often do you get your eye exams done?Leanehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09991551412602714899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4460538703204296848.post-82480259531410051262010-09-09T22:54:00.003-04:002010-09-09T23:12:09.452-04:00Free Sample: Breathe Right StripsBreathe Better and Sleep Better!
GO HERE for a free sample of Breathe Right Strips.
